IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE 2016/2017 FILING PERIOD:
The City & County of San Francisco open filing period for a formal appeal ofyour 2016/2017 assessed property value is Saturday, July 2, 2016 to Thursday, September 15, 2016. A completed Application for ChangedAssessment form, together with a non-refundable $60 administrative processing fee mustbe submitted or postmarked to the Assessment Appeals Board no laterthan Thursday, September 15, 2016, in order to be accepted as timelyfiled. Please note, pursuant toCalifornia Revenue & Taxation Code, the AAB has 2 years from thedate an application is timely filed, to schedule, hear and render adecision. Please be advised that we will have a new application form as of July 1, 2015. All appeals filed after July 1, 2015 must be on the new application form.
