SFAPD Complaint Form

While SFAPD is committed to providing exceptional services to all; if a situation has occurred in which you would like to submit a complaint against the SFAPD or an employee of the SFAPD, you can fill out and submit an SFAPD Complaint Form. Links to the forms can be found below.

Any person has the right to file a complaint against either the Department or an employee of the Department. The complaint process is designed to investigate the allegations of Department clients or the public and to make a determination of fact as to any wrongdoing. Although complaints cannot always be resolved to a citizen's satisfaction, all investigations are conducted objectively, with a goal of maintaining public confidence and Departmental integrity.

Cualquier persona tiene derecho a presentar una queja contra el Departamento o contra un empleado del Departamento. El proceso de quejas está diseñado para investigar las acusaciones de los clientes del Departamento o del público, y hacer una determinación de los hechos en cuanto a cualquier transgresión. Aunque las quejas no siempre pueden resolverse a satisfacción de un ciudadano, todas las investigaciones se realizan de manera objetiva, con el propósito de mantener la confianza del público y la integridad del Departamento

Sinumang tao ay may karapatang magsampa ng reklamo laban sa alinman sa Kagawaran o isang empleyado ng Kagawaran. Dinisenyo ang proseso ng reklamo upang siyasatin ang mga paratang ng mga kliyente ng Kagawaran o ng publiko at upang mapagpasyahan ang katotohanan ng anumang maling gawain. Bagaman maaaring hindi laging nalulutas ang mga reklamo sa ikasisiya ng mamamayan, isinasagawa ang lahat ng pagsisiyasat ayon sa layunin, na may adhikaing mapanatili ang tiwala ng publiko at integridad ng Kagawaran.
