    Motion to approve the recommendation to award one grant totaling $100,000 for the 2007-2008 International Arts Festival grant to the following organization and to authorize the Interim Director of Cultural Affairs to enter into a grant agreement for the amount listed:

    World Arts West, $100,000

    Supplemental Documents: International Arts Festival applicant ranking, panel comments, and bios of the grants review panelists.

    Motion to approve recommendations to award eighteen grants totaling $439,500 in the 2007-2008 cycle of Cultural Equity Initiatives Level One grants to the following organizations, and to authorize the Interim Director of Cultural Affairs to enter into grant agreements with each for the amounts listed:
