Motion to approve Phase 1 of the SFO Consolidated Administration Campus Project contingent upon: 1) anticipating the arrival of the pedestrian bridge; 2) revisiting the design of the entry and making it more unique; 3) investigating the issue of the one-story window below the two-story space; 4) investigating the potential of a continuous skylight for the entry hall; and 5) considering another solution for the grey band at the roof of the building.
       
    11. Motion to approve Phase 2 of the SFO Building 624 Project.
       
    12. Motion to approve Phase 1 of the Central Shops Replacement Facilities (Selby-Galvez Site) Project contingent upon: 1) considering eliminating the cant of the roof plane, and keeping all the windows aligned horizontally; 2) focusing more resources on the design of the lower floor; 3) simplifying the design; 4) using patterns for the concrete panels; and 5) investigating integral color with a sealer.
       
    13. Motion to approve Phase 3 of the Van Ness Avenue Bus Rapid Transit Project contingent upon: 1) increasing thin sections of rail by a half inch; 2) using material other than ungalvanized or non-stainless steel; 3) making the light fixtures located under the top of the railing vandal-proof or easily replaceable; and 4) using the color dark grey, reference number 038/91098 without metallic for the rail structure.

    14. Motion to approve Design Development and Construction Document deliverables for the mural by Jason Jägel for the Balboa Pool Improvement Project.
       
    15. Motion to approve revised place names (part of Design Development deliverables) for Scott Oliver’s Points of Departure artwork for the Masonic Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project.
       
    16. Motion to approve the project proposal concept for Oak Plaza Art Canopies. The project is sponsored and developed for One Oak, a new residential tower by: Build:Public; Snøhetta; David Delgado and Dan Goods; and artists from the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The project’s 1% for Art fee will be utilized to convert approximately 16,000 square feet of the Oak Street public right-of-way between Franklin Street and Van Ness Avenue into a new public pedestrian plaza with art canopies. The art canopies will be freestanding trellis-like structures with cantilevered segments, supported by vertical columns. Conceptual approval is given pending review of final designs.
       
    17. Motion to approve the installation of a long-term temporary artwork by Joel Pratt at no cost to the City to be located at 645 Texas Street to be sponsored by Trumark Properties.
       
    18. Motion to approve the public art project outline for Rossi Pool.

    19. Motion to authorize the Director of Cultural Affairs to enter into a grant agreement for fiscal years 2016-2018 with Booker T. Washington Community Service Center for a grant not to exceed $440,000 to produce a documentary film on San Francisco’s water and wastewater systems in collaboration with filmmaker Jim Yager, pending receipt of funds from the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
       
    20. Motion to approve new program objectives for the SFAC Galleries for the strategic plan.
       
    21. Motion to approve modifications to the previously approved untitled mural designs by artist Barry McGee, to be painted and installed on seven locations (under Resolution No. 0404-16-100) at the Moscone Parking Garage located at 255 Third Street. Modifications include the addition of mural designs at the top and lower portions of the Third Street side of the tower at Third and Clementina streets.

Speakers may not transfer their time to another person. Any person speaking during a public comment period may supply a brief written summary of their comments which shall, if no more than 150 words, be included in the minutes.
