7.   Approval of 2016 Meeting Calendar –  The Bicycle Advisory Committee currently meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 PM, with the exception of a combined November/December meeting. The Committee needs to approve the 2016 calendar to reserve Room 408 with City Hall building management.
