ITEM A: Discussion between Board of Appeals and Planning Commission of the Planning Commission's policy objectives in adopting the Residential Demolition Policy (Motion 16700) and the Dwelling Unit Merger Policy (Motion 16078) and related Board of Appeals decisions, including a brief presentation by the Office of the City Attorney of the relative roles of the Planning Commission and Board of Appeals in implementing Planning Commission policies.
