4. CAO Update
- In the CAO report, Jack Gallagher addressed the committee and notified them that this meeting would be his last and he would be leaving the City Administrators Office. A replacement had not be selected as of yet, but the committee would be notified of the new administrator to the committee.

5. Presentation by Community Liaisons [Discussion]
a. Mircosoft/Yammer:
i. Staff Liaison from Microsoft/Yammer presented on the upcoming and summer schedule for the company. The company is currently working with local schools groups and other participating companies to a strategic plan to help long term.
b. Twitter:
i. Staff Liaison discussed Twitter ongoing work with the Neighborhood Nest and the success the program accomplished over the last few years. The program is looking at what it currently offers to guests and what areas they could improve or even expand.
c. PAE:
i. Staff Liaison for PAE introduced other members of the PAE staff which have been looking forward to working with neighborhood organizations and creating lasting partnerships. Staff discussed their work and ongoing discussions with non-profit housing and SRO management groups to create a plan for needed building improvements.
d. Spotify:
i. Staff Liaisons with Spotify presented on their ongoing commitments like History through Hip Hop and the Boys and Girls Club. They have also partnered with other participating companies to work with neighborhood schools groups on a long term strategy.

6. Review and Discussion for 2018 Annual Report [Discussion & Action]
a. Committee discussed and reviewed the CAC annual report. The report would review the discussion and negations which took place between the committee members and company liaisons, at previous meetings. It would also address the discussion and work done with the committee to address pressing issues affecting the Soma and Tenderloin neighborhoods.
b. Committee Chair and Vice Chair will be working together on a draft to present at a future meeting.

7. Discussion on Agenda Topics for Future Meetings. [Discussion]
a. Discussion on displacement and housing
b. Neighborhood school plan and discussion

8. General Public Comment
a. At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.

The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:

• briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
• requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
• directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B Goodlett Place, is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closest BART and MUNI Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks away. Accessible MUNI lines nearest City Hall are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission and F-Market & MUNI Metro (Civic Center Station). There is accessible parking available in the vicinity of City Hall.
