4. CAO Update
- Discussed CBA deadlines and process for after approval.

5. Presentation by Community Liaisons on New/Renewal Community Benefit Agreements [Discussion & Action]
- Lever Inc.
i. Lever Staff Liaison presented on updates to their CBA draft. The only major update was the addition and further committeement to volunteer hours and to partner with other companies in the program to create a plan on neighborhood schools.
ii. Committee voted 5-0 on a positive recommendation.
- Spotify:
i. Staff Liaisons for Spotify presented updates to their CBA agreement. The company is in the last year of the program and will continue its long standing committeements while also expanding their outreach to other organizations. The comapaniy has also committeed to working with neighborhood schools.
ii. Committee voted 5-0 on a positive recommendation.
- Zoosk:
i. Staff Liaison from Zoosk presented a revised draft of their final CBA. Zoosk is in the final year of the program and will continue their previous partnerships and committeements while also expanding to work with animal groups and local school and education centers. The comapaniy has also committeed to working with neighborhood schools.
ii. Committee voted 5-0 on a positive recommendation.
- Fitness SF:
i. The CBA for Fitness SF was previously given draft approval on the promise a correction was made. Fitness SF made the requested recommednation to provide additional detail and numbers on members awarded by the company to non-profit organizations.
ii. The committee voted to recommend approval of the CBA.
- PAE Engineers:
i. Staff Liaisons from PAE Engineers presented the new draft and first CBA agreement. PAE has committed to working with housing and SRO management groups on improvements to facilities. The company will also work with education centers on STEM learning. The comapaniy has also committeed to working with neighborhood schools.
ii. Committee voted 5-0 on a positive recommendation.

6. General Public Comment
- Julie Roberts-Phung – Spoke to the ongoing partnership with CMTCBA Companies and Neighborhood Schools – Redding Elementary raised $45,000 with the help of CBA Companies.
- George Simmons – Possibility of Small Business Grants under CBA’s
- Name Unknown- Positive steps with CMTCBA Companies and Neighborhood Schools
- At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.

The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:

• briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
• requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
• directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B Goodlett Place, is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closest BART and MUNI Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks away. Accessible MUNI lines nearest City Hall are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission and F-Market & MUNI Metro (Civic Center Station). There is accessible parking available in the vicinity of City Hall.
