4. CAO Update
- All agreements have been posted online and an update to parts of the website are in process.

5. Presentation by Community Liaisons [Discussion]
- Mircosoft/Yammer:
i. Staff Liaison from Microsoft/Yammer presented on the company’s 2018 outlook. They currently have planned events to host the downtown streets team, and charity tournaments. They will also be participating in community supported programs for area schools and building existing/new relationships with members of the community.
- Twitter:
i. Twitter Staff Liaison presented on their 2018 outlook and what has been done so far in 2018. In January, Twitter awarded $900,000 to 30 Non-Profit Organizations and have continued their support of for groups like Coding for Kids and United Playaz.
- Lever:
i. Lever Staff Liaison discussed and presented their 2018 outlook. This is Lever’s first year in the program and they will be working with other CMTCBA companies in support of schools and youth programs in the Tenderloin area.
- PAE
i. PAE Staff Members introduced and discussed their 2018 plan. They are connecting with housing organizations to create partnerships and avenues of support. PAE stated their continued support of the Boys and Girls Club through STEAM education and tutoring.
ii. 

6. General Public Comment
- Julie Roberts-Phung – Spoke to the ongoing partnership with CMTCBA Companies and Neighborhood Schools – Redding Elementary raised $45,000 with the help of CBA Companies.
- George Simmons – Possibility of Small Business Grants under CBA’s
- Name Unknown- Positive steps with CMTCBA Companies and Neighborhood Schools
- At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.

The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:

• briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
• requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
• directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B Goodlett Place, is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closest BART and MUNI Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks away. Accessible MUNI lines nearest City Hall are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission and F-Market & MUNI Metro (Civic Center Station). There is accessible parking available in the vicinity of City Hall.
