Minutes of Special Meeting – Open Session

I.          The Special Meeting was called to order at 1:15 p.m.

Present:           Commissioner Donald A. Casper

                       Commissioner Morgan R. Gorrono

                       Commissioner Thomas T. Ng                  
                       Commissioner Linda Richardson (Arrived during item III)

                        Commissioner Alicia D. Becerril

                        Commissioner Gorrono presided.

• Public comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

          None.

• Jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission over Personal Services Contracts let by the San Francisco Unified School District and the San Francisco Community College District. (Discussion and Possible Action)

Action:           Directed the Executive Officer to again remind the San Francisco   
                       Unified School District of the jurisdiction of the Civil Service
                       Commission approving the scope of work to be contracted and to
                       continue discussions with the San Francisco Community College
                       District.
