Commissioner Casper indicated he was still being educated and remained open on the application of broader certification rules applicable to the Uniformed Ranks of the San Francisco Fire Department. Kate Favetti, Executive Officer noted that Rules 113 and 413 did not affect the Uniformed Ranks of the San Francisco Fire Department. (Vote of 3 to 0) |
