Directed Executive Officer to provide the Commission with suggestions on how to make clear in the Rules that "contemporaneous" out-of-class assignments be recorded to receive credit and a provision be provided to employees to request the out-of-class assignment be recorded.

REQUEST TO SPEAK ON ANY MATTER WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

 

 

Kenneth Johnson requested a letter stating the Civil Service Commission approval of the reconsideration on the Final Administration Action of November 17, 2003; a response to his request for phone logs and the written policy stating regarding the destruction of records, and; his request to have a City employee from another department at his hearing.  The Executive Officer indicated that she would respond to Mr. Johnson in writing.
