Adjourned in memory of former Civil Service Commissioner George N. Kosturos who passed away on October 2, 2004.  Commissioner Kosturos was appointed by Mayor Frank Jordan and served from July 1993 to February 2000.  

The Executive Officer is directed to send a communication to Commissioner Kosturos’ family with condolences from the Civil Service Commission.
