Supervisors is considered a department head; and
2) instructed the Human Resources Director to provide additional information on the request from the Board of Supervisors and the Department on Aging, including the percentage of exempt positions to civil service positions, detailed descriptions of duties and responsibilities of the requested positions, and a comparison of the requested positions to existing Special Assistant
