REQUEST TO SPEAK ON ANY MATTER WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

David Pilpel commented on the fact that Administrative Services and Animal Care and Control
appeared on the Agenda as two separate departments and asked for clarification.  He also pointed out that the Department of Parking and Traffic Commission was abolished two years ago. For consistency and clarity, it should be listed as Municipal Transportation Agency Parking and Traffic or Parking and Traffic.  Mr. Pilpel also voiced his concern about the Classification Plan in regards to the Finance positions being developed into a series of classes.
