Kevin Hughes, IBEW Local 6 requested a copy of the Report on the Position-Based Testing Program.  He also made brief comments on unpaid administrative leave, the California Public Utilities Commission considering proposed regulations regarding cell phone usage by transit operators and he

thanked the Commissioners for their time and the great job they do on the issues and information with which they work.
