Kevin Hughes, IBEW Local 6 commended former Executive Officer Kate Favetti and Anita Sanchez, Executive Officer for their timeliness and fairness in matters pertaining to the appellant and Unions and providing copies of the Department’s submittal of materials at the same time as the Commission.
He also mentioned a Personal Service Contract on the August 18, 2008 calendar for $20,000,000 submitted by the Municipal Transportation Agency. He did not speak for or against the contract due to extenuating circumstances.
Finally, Mr. Hughes commented on exempt appointments and the three-year cap on provisional appointments.
