She also disclosed that she knew Mr. Rodel Rodis, Representa-tive for Mr. Nacion socially but the acquaintance would not affect her ability to be fair.

 

 

Action:

(1)      Grant the appeal by Eriberto Nacion by allowing him to participate in the 1844 Senior Management Assistant examination.  (Vote of 3 to 0)

(2)      Grant the appeal by Viola Slocum Hubbard to allow her to participate in the 1844 Senior Management Assistant examination.  (Vote of 2 to 1; President Becerril dissents.)  Continue to the meeting of May 19, 2008. (Three (3) votes are needed for Commission action.)
