I. CALL TO ORDER/ AGENDA CHANGES ACTION 2 min.
Remarks by President Kirshner-Rodriguez.
Action: To approve the meeting agenda.

II. FY2014-2015 Proposed Budget ACTION 30 min.
Commissioners will review the proposed budget for FY14-15, FY15-16.

Action: To reconsider the January 22 vote to reject the proposed FY14-15,FY15-16 budget.

Action: To adopt the budget for FY14-15, FY15-16.

III. PUBLIC COMMENT DISCUSSION 5 min.
This item is to allow members of the public to address the Commission on matters that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission and that do not appear on the agenda. as well as to suggest new agenda items for future meetings..

IV. ADJOURNMENT ACTION 1 min.
