Public comment: (on all matters pertaining to the closed session)
Closed Session: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco administrative Code Section 67.10(b) discussion and possible action to nominate a candidate(s) to the Mayor for appointment as Executive Director.
Open Session: Reconvene in open session and, pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.12(b)(4): motion and vote to report any action or roll call vote taken concerning the nomination of a candidate(s) to the Mayor for appointment as Executive Director. Motion and vote to elect whether to disclose any or all of the discussions held in closed session pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.12(a).

This ordinance assures that deliberations are conducted before the people and that City operations are open to the people’s review. The Board of Supervisors has amended the Sunshine Ordinance by adding provision 67A.1. The provision is effective as of January 21, 2001.
The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
