Action: To approve a resolution recognizing SFWAR’s 30th Anniversary.

a. Testimony Regarding Labor Conditions of Exotic Dancers in San Francisco 20 min. Mr. Charlie Atilano, California Labor Commission
Mr. Atilano will discuss the history of the Labor Commission’s investigation into the labor conditions of San Francisco exotic dancers.
b. DNA/Police Department Crime Lab Mr. John M. Kelly 15 min.
Mr. Kelly, as a private citizen, will discuss his concern of the backlog of DNA evidence at the San Francisco
Police Department Crime Lab.

a. Recommendations Regarding Labor Conditions of Exotic Dancers in San Francisco 15 min.

Based on the testimony presented before the Commission at the September 22, October 27, November 17 and tonight’s Commission meeting, the Commission will make recommendations regarding the labor conditions of exotic dancers in San Francisco.
