SF Fair Lending Working Group
Out of concern regarding the mortgage foreclosure crisis, Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, along with Supervisor Tom Ammiano sponsored Resolution 0001-08, establishing the San Francisco Fair Lending Working Group, comprised of industry, community and City 
representatives to study and recommend a City response and provide an initial response to the Board of Supervisors.
Fair Lending Working Group Recommendations To The Board Of Supervisors
Assessor-Recorder Phil Ting, Treasurer Jose Cisneros and the Working Group are pleased to present its final recommendations to the Board of Supervisors and the citizens of San Francisco. We are proud to have worked on finding potential solutions to help keep San Francisco homeowners and renters facing foreclosure in their homes.
