Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco will vote on the following proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco at its next meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2009, at 3:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Legion of Honor, Lincoln Park, 100 34th Avenue, Lincoln Park, San Francisco:
Article I, Board of Trustees, Section 1, Trustees
Allows a retired Trustee to be considered for re-election to the Board of Trustees for unlimited three-year terms.
Article I, Board of Trustees, Section 1, Trustees
Elimination of the sentence allowing a President to be eligible for up to five terms as a Trustee.
