Please post this agenda for homeless and formerly homeless people. All LOCAL HOMELESS COORDINATING BOARD (LHCB) meetings are public. Homeless and formerly homeless San Franciscan’s are encouraged to attend LHCB meeting.
Note: Public Comment will be taken after each agenda item. Public comment must pertain to the agenda item. Each public comment is limited to 2 minutes. General public comment is taken at the end of the meeting.
I. Introduction – 5 min
II. Seat 1 Vacancy on the Shelter Monitoring Committee—5 min (for action): One candidate: Kendra Amick has applied for the vacant seat 1 on the Shelter Monitoring Committee. Shelter Monitoring Committee staff will provide some context about the Shelter Monitoring Committee.
III. Minutes from February meeting- 5 min (for action)
IV. Mayor’s Housing Opportunity Partnerships, and Engagement (HOPE) Office- 10 min (for discussion):: Standing agenda item for update from Bevan Dufty, Director of Mayor’s Office of HOPE
V. Local Homeless Coordinating Board Input on the San Francisco Consolidated Plan with the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development—15 min (for discussion and possible action): The Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development staff will seek LHCB and community input on the upcoming San Francisco Consolidated Plan.
VI. San Francisco Continuum of Care Performance Measures— 15 min (for action): HomeBase and the Center for Common Concerns Staff will provide an update on the two recent meetings of the Funding Committee to revise San Francisco’s Continuum of Care Performance Measures. The LHCB will consider adopting new measures.
VII. Committee Updates—10 min (for discussion and action):
a. Funding Committee— The next Funding Committee meetings will focus on the 2014 Continuum of Care Scoring Tool
i. Friday April 18th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Born Auditorium
a. HMIS Committee—The first meeting of the HMIS Committee will focus on the new San Francisco Continuum of Care performance measures, and how those measures are documented in the HMIS system. Staff responsible for entering HMIS data, and for completing APRS are strongly encouraged to attend.

Persons who are unable to attend the public meeting may submit to the Local Homeless Board, by the time the proceedings begin, written comments regarding the subject of the meeting. These comments will be made a part of the official public record, and brought to the attention of the Local Homeless Board.
