Please post this agenda for homeless and formerly homeless people. All LOCAL HOMELESS COORDINATING BOARD (LHCB) meetings are public. Homeless and formerly homeless San Franciscan’s are encouraged to attend LHCB meeting.

 

Note: Public Comment will be taken after each agenda item. Public comment must pertain to the agenda item. Each public comment is limited to 2 minutes. General public comment is taken at the end of the meeting.

II.Minutes from May meeting- 5 min (for action)

 

III.Mayor’s Housing Opportunity Partnerships, and Engagement (HOPE) Office- 10 min (for discussion): Standing agenda item for update from Bevan Dufty, Director of Mayor’s Office of HOPE

 

IV.Laura’s Law Discussion—20 min (for discussion and possible action): Jess Montejano of Supervisor Mark Farrell’s office will present Supervisor Farrell’s position on “Laura’s Law”, and Michael Gause, Deputy Director of the Mental Health Association of San Francisco (MHASF) will present the MHASF position on the law.

 

V.San Francisco Continuum of Care Performance Measures Presentation—15 min (for discussion): Jeff Ugai and Alissa Weber of HomeBase and the Center for Common Concerns will present an assessment of the performance of the current San Francisco Continuum of Care programs according to the performance measures recently adopted by the LHCB.

                                                                                                                             

VI.Coordinated Assessment Updates (for discussion): Megan Owens will provide an update on the status of the Continuum of Care Coordinated Assessment, which will launch on July 1, 2014.

a.Policy/Legislation Committee Meeting: Monday June 16 2:00pm-3:30pm Born Auditorium: Topics: Planning Department zoning of emergency shelters and resource centers, and the new regulations for Support Services for Veteran Families (SSVF).

 

b.HMIS Committee Meeting: Monday July 21 3:00pm-4:30 pm Born Auditorium: Topics: Privacy Policies: client and user privacy agreements and data sharing agreements for researchers and other interested parties.
