Please post this agenda for homeless and formerly homeless people. All LOCAL HOMELESS COORDINATING BOARD (LHCB) meetings are public. Homeless and formerly homeless San Franciscan’s are encouraged to attend LHCB meeting.
Note: Public Comment will be taken after each agenda item. Public comment must pertain to the agenda item. Each public comment is limited to 2 minutes. General public comment is taken at the end of the meeting.

II. Minutes from April meeting- 5 min (for action)
III. Mayor’s Housing Opportunity Partnerships, and Engagement (HOPE) Office- 10 min (for discussion):: Standing agenda item for update from Bevan Dufty, Director of Mayor’s Office of HOPE
IV. San Francisco 25 Cities Initiative-- 15 min (for discussion): Ending Veteran Homelessness San Francisco has been asked to participate in a campaign to end veteran homelessness called 25 Cities. This campaign will focus on coordinated assessment for veterans. Megan Owens will explain the goals of the campaign, the next steps and how this work is being coordinated with the Continuum of Care Coordinated Assessment Pilot.
V. San Francisco Continuum of Care 2014 Competition Project Scoring Tools: -- 20 min (for action): Jeff Ugai and Alissa Weber of HomeBase and the Center for Common Concerns will present the Funding Committee recommended scoring tool for new and renewal Continuum of Care projects for LHCB consideration and adoption. This tool will be used in the upcoming 2014 competition.
VI. Larkin Street Youth Services Request for Continuum of Care Grant Amendment—10 min (for action): Holly Hayes of Larkin Street Youth Services will request approval for a grant amendment changing the location of the Avenues to Independence program, and to merge the Avenues to Independence and G House projects. LHCB approval is needed for the change to be finalized with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Persons who are unable to attend the public meeting may submit to the Local Homeless Board, by the time the proceedings begin, written comments regarding the subject of the meeting.
