Toye Moses, Executive Director of the Southeast Community Facility Commission (SECFC), a division of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) welcomes you.
The SECFC is community-based/oriented with numerous programs (most programs are non-profit in status, making them affordable to the public). A wide range of assistance in the areas of employment opportunities, tax preparation, and voter registration are also provided.
We hope to be a helpful mechanism in linking the community with its services, and we look forward to serving you.
