The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) and Southeast Community Facility Commission (SECFC) are proud to partner with education partners, community-based organizations and direct service agencies that provide resources to the Bayview Hunters Point community. Our Southeast Community Facility tenants offer Bayview Hunters Point youth and adults access to a wide range of education, workforce development, environmental training and career placement opportunities. City College of SF LogoCity College of San Francisco (CCSF)

Since its founding in 1935, City College has evolved into a multicultural, multi-campus community college that is one of the largest in the country. CCSF has 11-campuses and offers courses in more than 50 academic programs and over 100 occupational disciplines. The college offers a full range of credit courses leading to the Associate of Arts and Science degrees, most of which meet the general education requirements for transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Five Keys is a nationally recognized education management nonprofit corporation that operates accredited charter schools and programs for transitional age youth (TAY) and adults at 70 locations across California. The organization provides inmates and ex-offenders with access to high school classes and community-based programs that provide recovery, parenting and work skills. The Human Services Agency (HSA) of the City and County of San Francisco serves as the central resource for public assistance in the City. HSA promotes the well-being and self-sufficiency of individuals, families and communities. At over 14 locations across San Francisco, HSA offers income support, community-based living supports, and assistance securing food, employment, employment training, childcare assistance, housing, and health coverage. Renaissance Parents of Success (RPOS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individually customized programs for underserved youth and adults throughout San Francisco with speciali emphasis on providing opportunities in the Southeast and Western Addition neighborhoods. Wu Yee LogoWu Yee Children's Head Start Services Southeast

Founded in 1977 by social workers and parents concerned about the challenges facing new immigrants in Chinatown, Wu Yee Children’s Services (Wu Yee) has grown to a city-scale agency serving diverse families throughout San Francisco, and is now the city’s largest provider of Early Head Start.  Wu Yee, Cantonese for “protector of children,” provides services at the Southeast Community Facility that are designed to foster stable family relationships, enhance children's physical and emotional well-being, and establish an environment to develop strong cognitive skills through the Head Start program.
