Resolution in support of Bicycle Corral Signage – Mayor Ed Lee and the MTA are continuing a commitment to reduce or eliminate emissions in all forms of public transportation, and have set the example in signage on public conveyance vehicles with signs stating “Biodiesel” on hybrid buses. We propose that the same should be true of human-powered alternatives, the most carbon-emission free forms of transportation.  An example of might be bike corral signage that states, “Human-Powered Carbon Free Transportation Zone” to clarify the contribution of bicycles in clean transportation.
