5. DISCUSSION ITEM: REVIEW OF RESOLUTION NO. 835-02 AS APROVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS EXTENDING THE TASK FORCE TO JULY 1, 2003, AND EMPOWERING MEMBERS OF THE TASK FORCE TO SEND REPRESENTATIVES TO MEETINGS IN THEIR ABSENCE.

6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: IDENTIFICATION OF WORK, METHODOLOGY, PRODUCTS AND SCHEDULING FOR THE EXTENDED PERIOD.

6.1 DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: REVIEW THE COMPOSITION AND ROLE OF COMMITTEES.

Opportunity for members of the public to address the City Non-Profit Contracting Task Force on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Non-Profit Contracting Task Force. Additionally, public comment will be taken on each agenda item.

SOUND-PRODUCING ELECTRONIC DEVICES PROHIBITED

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting.
