The meeting was called to order by Co-Chair Blackwell at 1:15 P.M.
Consent Calendar
The September 19 minutes were unanimously approved as amended. Under Report of the Co-Chairs, the second sentence should read as follows:
?He said that the contract analysts of his office have been trained and they’ve started training some of the program managers. Since only two persons are conducting the trainings and these two also answer questions as they come up later from the staff, the trainings are rolling out slowly in order to make sure that the staff are trained well and that they understand what to do and are comfortable with the system.?

Task Force members revised and approved the Report to the Board of Supervisors (see attached).
