2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
The minutes of May 27, 2004 and June 10, 2004 were approved as written.
3 . REPORTS FROM DEPARTMENTS
Anne Ng, Environmental Justice Program, Dept. of the Environment, introduced Gary Rubenstein, a partner in Sierra Research, an air quality consulting company based in Power Plant Task Force
Sacramento. Hired by the SFPUC to assist with air quality issues connected with the San Francisco Electrical Reliability Project.
Came to TF to speak on air quality monitoring and mitigation for air quality impactual particulates.
3. TASK FORCE POSITION RE SITING OF CTs, OFFSETS AND MITIGATIONS
Chair DeAndrade introduced a draft of TF position on siting for discussion. Ms. Pierce moved that the draft position be introduced for discussion; Mr. Borg seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Discussion ensued over wording of position. Members agreed to convene a special meeting on July 14, 2004 to discuss draft position paper. meeting.
