MINUTES

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Task Force Administrator Jill Lerner at 4:25 p.m.

Absent: 0
2. OVERVIEW OF SF CHARTER, BROWN ACT, PUBLIC MEETING LAWS AND SUNSHINE ORDINANCE
Deputy City Attorney Paul Zarefsky appeared to explain rules, regulations and laws governing conduct of members of City boards, commissions, advisory groups, task forces
3. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF TASK FORCE BY-LAWS
The Task Force agreed to defer approval of by-laws until the next meeting. Ms. Lerner was asked to research the viability of using the consensus process to have Task Force actions approved unanimously instead of Roberts Rules of Order. She is to report back to the Task Force at the next meeting.
4. ELECTION OF TASK FORCE OFFICERS
The Task Force agreed to defer the election of officers until the next meeting.
