of an agenda item by completing an information card and submitting it to
The Commission Secretary. Requests are given ‘first come first serve'
priority and speakers may be limited to three minutes.

II.          Announcement: The Sunshine Ordinance prohibits the use of electronic sound-producing devices at/during public meetings. Please be advised that the meeting chair may remove any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices from the meeting room.

b)          Letter of Invitation to Reverend Calvin Jones re: Charter School at Providence Baptist Church and what it offers.
c)          Letter of Invitation to Charles Flowkes re: How Homelessness at Providence Baptist Church would affect this community.
d)          Letter of Invitation to John Arntz, Acting Director, Dept. of Elections re: Prep community for the November election and expectations of what will be on ballot.
e)          Decorative Plant Services Facility Quarterly New Hire Report, First Quarter, 2002 (accept or reject the report) Action.
f)          Request from City College: Sublease of classrooms to SF Unified School District.
