Please be advised that the meeting chair may remove any person (s) responsible for the ringing or use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices from the meeting room.

a)          Decorative Plants Services Lease (Discussion & Action) Commission Larkin stated the Commission will not take a vote on Decorative Plants’ draft lease since they are still in negotiation with PUC/BCLM and calendared this item for the next agenda.

1.          Discussion on whether to invite a member of the community and PUC/WPC representative to talk about history of the Southeast Community Facility Commission (Discussion and Action):
