Action items:  The Committee voted to have the City and County of San Francisco take the following positions on the legislative matters below:

 

A.      Mayor’sOfficeStateLegislative Plan:  this plan summarizes key legislative priorities for the 2007-2008 state legislative session.

Position Taken:  Support

 

    III.      SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS

Committee members suggested the following items for future Committee meetings:

§              Proposed state cap on prison population

§              Dept. of Public Health State Legislative Plan for the 2007-2008 state legislative session.

§              Dept. of Environment State Legislative Plan for the 2007-2008 state legislative session.

 

    IV.      GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT

Discussion item:  there were no members of the public who wished to comment.
