Beltran for $300 each for the Are we all photographers now? panel discussion that accompanies the Breakthrough: An Amateur Photography Revolution exhibition (April 20–June 16, 2007).

    Motion: Motion to approve the revised proposal for gate sculptural elements for entrances at the Rolph Playground and Potrero del Sol Park by artist Isis Rodriguez and to authorize the artist to proceed to design development and fabrication stages of the project.

    Motion: Motion to accept selection panel’s recommendation and enter into an agreement with Brian Goggin for the design development, fabrication, transportation and installation of the artist’s proposal, as modified to address safety and climbing concerns, for a total amount not to exceed $70,000.

    Motion: Motion to make payment in the amount of $750 to panel-recommended artist Brian Goggin for the development of a new design proposal for the Moscone Recreation Center.

    Motion: Motion for staff to solicit new proposals from any or all of the three finalists for the Moscone Recreation Center , and to pay each an honorarium of $750.
