    Discussion and possible action to form subcommittees or work groups.

    Discussion

    Allows members to make announcements, introduce new agenda items for future consideration.

    Discussion

    Members of the public may address the Arts Task Force on items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Arts Task Force. Speakers may address the Task Force for up to three minutes; the Chair of the Task Force may limit the total comment to 30 minutes.

MUNI’s wheelchair-accessible No. 5 line may also be taken to McAllister and Polk Streets, as well as wheelchair-accessible No. 47 line (northbound), which stops at the Van Ness and Grove Street. Accessible parking space (disabled-designated) is available at the Civic Center Parking Garage located at McAllister and Larkin.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the President may order the removal from the meeting of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of cell phones, pagers, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
