*NOTICE: Because it is possible that other Arts Commission members may attend this meeting and that such attendance would result in a quorum (majority) of the Arts Commission being present, this meeting is also being noticed as a special meeting of the Arts Commission. If a quorum of the Arts Commission is present, then the Arts Commission meeting will take place and the Committee meeting will be cancelled. If less than a quorum of the Arts Commission is present, the meeting will proceed as a meeting of the Committee.
