THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH MAY INCLUDE: MOTIONS OF RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE PHASE(S) UNDER REVIEW OR A COMBINATION OF PHASE(S), RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE WITH CONTINGENCIES, RECOMMENDATION TO DISAPPROVE, RECOMMENDATION TO DEFER APPROVAL.
