    Motion to approve CAE to begin a two year process of review for the cultural center program funding.

    For Fiscal Year 03-04: Approve the continuation of funding to the three virtual cultural programs as part of the Hotel Tax Fund Allocation for the four city-owned cultural centers. Best efforts will be used to maintain the percentage of allocation from the current fiscal year. Virtual centers will comply with all city guidelines for use of city funds.
