Agenda


1.Action. Hearing and possible motion to approve authorization ofProgram Director to request Board of Supervisors for temporarydesignation of six (6) months of two (2) selling spaces on northwestcorner of Post Street, at Stockton Street, to replace spaces on GearyStreet, at Stockton Street, impacted by Central Subway construction.


2.Action. Hearing and possible motion to approve for the Cliff HouseLottery a recommendation to adopt a two-tiered lottery system comprisedof two random drawings for assignment of selling spaces: (1) a Mainrandom drawing for the selection of spaces; and (2) a Secondary randomdrawing for spaces left over from the selection of spaces by Maindrawing.

NOTE: The above recommendation would be the same as theprocedure (Millard proposal) which was recommended by the Street ArtistsCommittee on January 12, 2011 and approved by the full Arts Commissionon February 7, 2011 for implementation by both the Downtown andFisherman’s Wharf lotteries.
