Commissioner Collins called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.

1. Roll Call
   Commissioners Present
   Charles Collins, Chair
   Suzanne Ferras

   None
    
2. General Public Comment
   There was no public comment.
    
3. Nomination of Candidates
   Commissioner Collins briefly discussed the process of soliciting feedback on the current Commission leadership and potential nominations. The Committee heard tremendous respect and appreciation for the leadership and the dedication of President Roberto Ordeñana and Vice President Kimberlee Stryker.
    
   Commissioner Jung nominated Roberto Ordeñana and Kimberlee Stryker to continue in their offices as President and Vice President, respectively. Commissioner Ferras seconded the nomination.
    
   Mr. DeCaigny reported that both have been great partners to him and he has worked closely with them. He praised Vice President Stryker’s leadership of the Civic Design Review Committee, and noted that he has weekly calls with President Ordeñana.
    
   The Committee agreed that both officers are doing a great job, and are working well as leaders of the Commission. Commissioner Collins reported that the Mayor’s office was very pleased with the current leadership and was supportive of their continuing in office.
    
   There was no further discussion by the Committee, and there was no public comment. The following motion was unanimously approved.
    
   Motion to nominate the slate of Roberto Ordeñana as President and Kimberlee Stryker as Vice President of the Arts Commission.
    
4. Adjournment 
   There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
