 - Cola was parked all day by the bollards, blocking the fire hydrant.
 - Kui parked behind her to load in her stuff. Cola backed her car up onto her bumper
 - Laid on her horn, Delia also came over and talked to her because of the noise

 - people park in the loading area, she was not the only one doing that
 - other person was loading, Kui
 - language was very intense
 - Did not see Kui ask Cola to move
 - Slurs
 - Cola parked in front of fire hydrant
 - Kui was doing the name calling
 - did not see the car on the other cars bumper
