I. Call to Order and Roll Call
Present: Commissioners Laurie Routhier-Kennedy, JR Yeager, Christine Garcia, Kenneth Sato from the Health Dept.
Absent: Commissioners Richard Schulke, Mara Weiss, DVM, Sherri Franklin, William Hamilton, Sgt. William Herndon and Capt. Vicki Guldbech, and Bob Palacio from Park & Rec. Dept.
II. No Quorum
Because there was no Quorum, no meeting could be officially held, and therefore, there are no official minutes.
After Chair Garcia made a few brief announcements about absentees and localCalifornia bills, the three Commissioners made themselves available for pubic commentary.
A round of applause was given to Kenneth Sato from the Health Dept. for his time served with the Commission because he is retiring.
Commissioner JR Yeager gave his advice for the future of the Animal Control and Welfare Commission.
Two members of the public spoke.
