        [C] Discussion and possible action item of a motion to amend the Commission’s Rules and Regulations providing that the City Attorney review the meeting agenda to conform to the Brown Act and Sunshine Ordinance prior to its being published and officially noticed to the public. The following services are available upon request at least two working days prior to the meeting: American Sign language interpreters, use of a reader during a meeting, or a sound enhancement system.
