1. Roll Call: Andy Bindman (D1), Frank Chan (D3), Hitesh Soneji (D6), Bert Hill (D7), Casey Allen (D11).  City Staff: Dustin White (MTA).  Public: Andy Thornley (SF Bicycle Coalition).

2. Introduction of Resolution to Endorse the Plan for Market Street Bike Lanes between Van Ness and Octavia Blvd: distributed by Hitesh Soneji (D6) and Bert Hill (D7).

3. Public Comment on the proposed resolution: none.

4. Comments by the Committee on the resolution
Frank Chan (D3): Does "marginal" business prospects mean low? Committee agrees change to "challenging".

Andy Bindman (D6): Is Market really the most heavily traveled? Committee agrees to leave language as is.

Bert Hill (D7): Do we have supporting data for the bicycle demographic and shopping?  Committee agrees to combine the last two Whereas clauses to emphasize that bicyclists do shop at businesses along their routes.

Casey Allen (D11): Add phrase about bicycle parking to "be it resolved" clause.
5. Resolution Movement and Vote: Committee accepts resolution with the previously mentioned changes.

6. Announcements:
Casey Allen (D11): Casey requests BAC regular meeting be shifted to either the second or fourth Thursday instead of the current third Thursday due to an ongoing conflict.
