9.      PLANNED FEDERAL LEGISLATION –Presentation on key bills submitted to the 110th Congress of interest to bicyclists.

10.  BAYVIEW TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT- There is a proposal to modify the existing bicycle network along the proposed truck route alternatives of the Bayview Transportation Improvements Project (BTIP), identify how the alternatives would affect the bicycle network, and identify any required changes to the bicycle network.
Action: Presentation by Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) Engineering

11.  PROPOSITION K, 5 YEAR PLAN FUNDING – The 5 year plan funding through the TA is is a critical source for completion of the comprehensive EIR required for lifting of the Bicycle Plan injunction.
Action: Presentation by Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) Engineering, outlining the status of the program, the plan for monitoring, status of the EIR contract, and the BAC role in public review and recommendations.
