5. Casey (BAC Chair) relayed a request from Mr. Tannen (DPT) to include an
approval of Cabrillo Bike Lanes in the Richmond from Arguello to Ocean (?).

6. Scheduling next group of guest speakers to general/working committees [7

7. Chuck Regal, upon invitation from Nino (BAC Vice Chair), from Community
Boards spent 2 hours giving a presentation during the working committee and
followed up with a short presentation at the General committee. Since our group
dynamic was described as healthy (as opposed to unhealthy) should we move ahead
to accept the offer to work with us on mediation (pending the arrival of new
members)? [15 min]
8. Action on the bike plan (Letter etc...) - Greg Hayes will not be attending
future meetings. Please direct any inquiries to the City Attorney through the

9. Resolution concerning the closure and possible bike/ped tolls on the Golden

The Mission Police Station’s meeting room at Valencia St. at 17th St. is
wheelchair accessible. Large print copies of the agenda, sign language interpreters,
or assistive listening systems can be made available by contacting the DPT staff

The 16th Street BART station is located at 16th and Mission Streets. Accessible
bus lines include Muni’s 12-Folsom, 14-Mission, 26-Valencia, 53-Southern Heights,
and SamTrans 391-Palo Alto/San Francisco bus lines. For information about MUNI
accessible services, please call (415) 923-6142.Off-street parking is available
at 16th and Hoff Streets Garage. Please note that the 16th and Hoff Streets
Garage does not provide for van access. Blue zones are located on 16th Street,
just west of Valencia Street (1 space), and in the police station parking lot
on the 17th Street side of the building (1 space).
In order to assist the City’s efforts to accommodate persons with severe
allergies, environmental illnesses, multiple chemical sensitivity, or related
disabilities, attendees at public meetings are reminded that other attendees
