Re-Assignment of Committee Members Status, nomination/election of new officers, dates for meetings in 2009.

Development and approval of the metrics and reporting of bicycling growth

(Discuss first reading of Draft EIR received on November 29)
9. Review of Funded Projects – In anticipation of lifting of the Bike Plan injunction, the MTA has issued a listing of funded projects for review and establishment of a consensus on priorities for implementation.
Action: Discussion of the basis for a plan and schedule of projects to be released in the first year for implementation following lifting of the injunction..

10. Achievable Projects – In October the BAC listened to Committee Member Brandt’s proposal for tracking specific accomplishments of the BAC’s various projects and positions. The action was for Mr. Brandt to submit a draft outlining the procedure for tracking and taking actions on progress.
